And then downloaded Nexus Mod Manager to re-integrate all my mods. But it says Skyrim.esm is missing? I check the Data Files in the launch screen and Update.esm isnt there either. Im pretty sure this was working before i opened Nexus Mod Manager because i Anyway to download just the update.esm file for Skyrim? Steam does not naturally have it in it's cloud, so it will get validated the next time you run the game. LOOT does not mark Skyrim.esm as dirty. When I first tried to use TES5 with LOOT it marked Skyrim.esm and the DLC/Update.esm as dirty I thought.
